I’m interviewing for a an EA role to CEO, who is also interviewing for a chief of staff. CEO has alluded to me being a great CoS based on recent exp, and longer term COO and has asked if I’m going to find the EA role limiting. Do I address my interest in the CoS role, plus gaps in my experience or do I focus on the EA role and finding opps to add value outside of EA responsibilities without stepping on the CoS toes? I really want to work for this CEO & don’t want to talk myself out of the EA job

How do you cope when your spouse moving to different city for new job and you’ll only see him once every weekend or so. It’s 3.5 hours drive? My husband lost his job last year like most people due to covid and struggling to find a job so this is the only opportunity. With covid he is the only personI talk to. I know we’ll do FaceTime but the house feels sooo empty. 😢

I have got an offer of 7 lpa with a start-up for same role.
Shall I accept it or should I wait for better offers ?
