Why not invest in your professional development by seeking a coach or mentor or even pay for professional resources that would help? To put it plainly, why don't we educators invest in our professional development?

Have an offer to join a start-up (that looks promising and pays really well) in the crypto space. But the problem is that I will have to leave my cushy consulting job and pivot into something different (marketing + comm manager), any advice? How do i know if I should really make the leap?
