Are designations like Wall Street Prep or Training the Street of any value to recruiters for IB? I have started out in wealth management but would want to transfer to IB, but have no IB experience. Just want ways to enhance my chance of getting interviews or getting offers

I really don’t enjoy working with a teammate, I feel she’s not competent. When I talk or discuss with her, it’s more like I’m influencing her and passing my knowledge to her because she doesn’t know much. She takes my ideas and get credit and recognition from the team. If I don’t connect with her, I also won’t be a good ‘team player’ as we suppose to work together.
