Hi everyone - I received an offer from Wayfair recently, for a Senior Manager role based in Boston. Any recommendations on where to negotiate / how much?

Details:
- $160K Base
- 1,200 RSUs over 4 years
1yr vesting with quarterly clip thereafter
Valued at $144K over 4y using today's stock price of $120 = $36K/y
- Signing bonus of ~$10K (TBD)
- Relocation payout of ~$10K (TBD)
