Fellow anxiety-haver here! My meds don't make me foggy, but they also do... almost nothing for my anxiety. I've been doing some meditation and deep breathing. Grounding and breathwork. It really helps, I hate to say. I barely even reach for my meds anymore.

Can you pls describe what you do?
This may sound cliche but morning exercises have helped my panic attacks a great deal. I don’t like the meds either as they bring on other symptoms. I would also recommend learning breathing techniques (box breathing, etc) that assist in the moment.
One trick that’s helped me is breaking my day into chunks and giving myself permission to take mini breaks in between. Sometimes, even just stepping away from my desk for a couple of minutes helps me reset. Also, I try to keep a consistent morning routine with light exercise or meditation, and it sets a calmer tone for the day. Have you tried anything like that?
Therapy is what helped my anxiety the most. I do take meds but therapy helped me learn how to manage it and use coping skills. I highly recommend combining the two.

I find if I can start the day with a walk, I’m far less anxious .
