Had a final round at BCG last Friday. After the interviews they said that the would release results today. Then I got an email today saying they will only give the results on the next Friday. What could have happened?? I also know some people how interviewed on the same day as mine and got a rejection email today.

The interview happened last month first week and documentation process also completed. They have given a verbal offer, but no offer letter as there are still doing some audit and compliance on the earlier employments. They have yet not reverted. What should be done in this scenario. Is this a normal thing in Accenture where they take an inconsiderable amount of time for small things too

I just finished what I thought was the final round of interviews for a job that I really want. Everything has been going extremely well. The recruiter just called to tell me that they want me to do one more round, though. This will make 8 interviews total, including a full case study presentation to 4 people. Should I be worried? But the designation offered is 'Senior Engineer - Cloud Services and Software' whereas in PwC my designation: 'Technology Consultant' & designation of offer in hand(IBM) :'Advisory Consultant'.
So will IBM consider my Larsen & Toubro Infotech offer as a counter offer?
My fear is whether they will say 'you r offered a different role hence we cant consider'.Will it matter that much?

I am so sad and will seek therapy. Have one son via ivf and was overly optimistic . My next ivf cycle was awful, despite good amh/fsh, with a huge drop off with day 5 embryos and abnormal results. I’m going to cycle again and possibly another time but I can’t stop feeling so pessimistic and I don’t know if I can deal with the waiting game again.
