I have below offers
1)Nagarro :20 LPA
2)Mindtree:24LPA + 75k JB
I have asked Nagarro HR to match the counter offer. Initially the HR said they would match the offer, but it has been 7 days they haven’t responded.
Will the Nagarro HR match the counter offer?

In my opinion, you can ask for at least 50% of your current is. The skill is in demand and you have good amount of experience.
If your profile is not having too many job changes, then 50% is achievable.

ABAP on HANA is hot skillset nowadays especially if you have handson in RAP. I think you should target minimum 25 fixed. But HR's are cunning so they will pushback with your current CTC being low. But be firm and don't go below 22 fixed. Good luck!
