What is the culture like, type of work and reputation of Capco in the Data & Analytics space?
I have some good ex colleagues who moved over there and also looked up on LinkedIn and see lots of seemingly smart and accomplished people in their D&A team in the UK.
I'll ask my ex colleagues too, but wanted to see if people here have any opinion or information on this too.

EU is sold out and is using APAC/US team on at least c.10 projects
The main difference is due to the economy, which is due to Government policies in the UK vs the US
What levels are you referring to and/or how are you defining packed? US seems very busy from my perspective, but I guess it could depend on who you talk to
From my perspective there are a lot of As/Cs/SCs on the beach. Unsure of how many As in comparison tho. A bit concerned about the level of beach volume but I want to see how May pans… if this continues in June I’ll start being very concerned
Do we really need one of these posts every single month?
We just had 20 new hire roll off their apprenticeships. It makes sense that there will be some slack in the bottom of the pyramid while we absorb them.
I’ve had like 1-2 days on the bench max, then I’m back on another project. I’d like to have some of your bench time please
No Americas
We have some slack, I think. But we also hit our May numbers, so I wouldn't worry.
It's hard to say when that is the case. Things are generally a little slower in the winter months. I'd just focus on developing your skillset, networking internally, and putting yourself out there with the staffing team and letting them know you're ready to go. Connect with partners as often as you can and at minimum stay busy with BD work. If you develop good relationships there then they will often request you. Busy is good, busy keeps you relevant, and relevant is security.
