I need some advice from advisors who have brought other “Junior” Advisors on. What is a fair split? Currently I have passed on my smaller clients to them, as well as providing consistent leads for them to call and meet with. The individual is working to build their own book of business, but up to now doesn’t have much production. They have only been in the business for about 2 years. I also provide an office and everything that comes with that, and admin assistance. Thanks in advance!

New to Fishbowl, currently working on a career pivot! I graduated in May with my MBA and have experience as a Director of Operations as well as recruiting and HR experience. I am looking to move more into Change/Project Management or Director of People Operations roles. Wells - curious. Where are you and are you buyer/seller? I'm guessing buyer and all the stats I read are completely in our favor, yet I feel like books of business should be going for sale every day and I struggle to find any good sellers?

Any other ADs feel like our roles are starting to become just glorified graphic designers? Nothing against GDs I started as one but wanted to move into art direction cause I wanted to come up with 360 campaigns and make tv spots not resize banners and and make IG story posts.
