Teacher, we all know how you feel about the president and how you seem to seek out any echo chamber trumpeters to validate your opinion. Myopic views that are repeated over and over are not convincing. Like the protesters who just chant "shame" over and over. Easy to ignore because they are hollow but super annoying. Nobody here is going to be able to convince you that the president not a racist or a pedo or a rapist or a fascist because you don't really want to be convinced. You have dug in and now have to spend your time trying to convince everyone else because if you ever admit that you are wrong on anything your whole life might fall apart. I feel for you and your obsession and hope that you might find peace in other endeavors. I do not take people like you seriously because as you do not respect others opinions, I cannot respect yours.

Nobody is going to convince me of those things because I’m not a cultist who can see the very obvious, glaring character flaws in Donald Trump that the entire Republican Party acknowledged 12 years ago before realizing that it would be politically expedient to deny them.
The fact that Trump is a racist doesn’t need a “silly” article. He and his father were convicted and fined by the federal government for discriminating practices in the 1970’s.
Then there was the Central Park five. Five young black men wrongly accused and convicted of raping a white woman. Trump paid for a full page add in the NY papers calling for their execution. Even after they were exonerated and released from prison after many years, he never apologized or said he was wrong. How many terrible crimes were committed by white men over that same period of time? Didn’t see him do that when Epstein was convicted of child trafficking in 2009. Just recently there was the Obama ape meme. How about trying to remove Jackie Robinson from the pentagon website? A man that served this country honorably, unlike Trump. I could go on and on. Trump is a racist. His voters were mostly racists I’m sad to say and anyone that supports him now is a racist.

Unfortunately we will never convince them and all we get called is cultists because we are guilty of voting for a candidate that I personally like his policies not his rhetoric. I do not think he is a racist nor a rapist, nor a pedo. A narcissist yes. No one in his admin can make a mistake with something like Jackie Robinson and fix it. His staffer did not make the primate video it was just on his feed. Still not a racist.

CHS, I am offended because you called me a racist, and this for one reason and one reason only…I voted for Trump. I will admit holding my nose when I voted, however Trump won two terms because the Dems candidates were more flawed and ran campaigns based on “Trump is evil” instead of focusing on issues. Hillary called me deplorable. You’re calling me a racist. Neither of you know me. I am a proud veteran, active in my community with youth besides teaching, have raised four successful children who are now making their own societal contributions. And you are clearly angry that there are more people like me who vote in this country than are like you. Don’t like Trump in office? Then find a winnable candidate that can convince the middle 30% of the spectrum to vote for him or her. When you alienate people to your political right, you won’t win. For Mandami, Bernie, and most politicians from MN, that’s about 70% of the country they push to the side. And the math there equals defeat. Calling me a racist shows you are part of the problem, not the solution. Be better.
That article is silly.
For instance, the article starts with Trump’s quote about how no one could understand bad Bunny, and somehow that’s a knock on his race. But ignoring that race and language aren’t tied to together since we are all smarter than this writer for the prestigious “Washington Monthly”, Bad Bunny is known for his poor enunciation. It’s a well established joke that no one understands what he’s saying whether they speak Spanish or English. And his Spanish isn’t even regular Latin Spanish or “Spanglish”, it’s a version more known to Puerto Rico.
But for a writer who wants only uses a hammer for their tool, I’m sure everything looks and sounds like a nail.
I’m refusing to address any of the rest of the nonsensical arguments made. It’s like your gem of an article about how everyone to the right of you is a proven dyed in the wool Nazi.
