Following up is good. Shows you want the job. They may be busy.

How many times is ok to follow up? I sent a thank you email the day after. So then follow up again the next week to just say thanks and I’m still interested?
What day did you have the phone interview? In general, I usually wait a week between correspondences before following up again. I'd do that here, and then again a week after if you still don't get any response.

Had my interview last Tuesday. So i should follow up more than once?
With holidays coming up, I’d probably follow up early this week. Gives them time to hopefully respond back, but may still be waiting for a while.
Rising Star
Yeah I worry about the holiday season slowing things down.
Either they are really busy and someone will eventually get back to you, or you didn’t cut it
Rising Star
Yeah I worry about not making the cut, even though they said they’d get back to me. I’ve been ghosted before at this stage!
Rising Star
Follow up again, perhaps by phone. Or send another email. I’d say keep searching elsewhere, of course. But keep in the back of your mind you may get a response.
Rising Star
I hope I get a response!
I would definitely follow up. Employers love it when you're excited about working there and show initiative. There is no downside to following up on a job.
