From the day my firm files my green card application, how long will I have to wait to be approved and receive my green card? For further context, I was born in China and only have an undergrad degree.

I have 10 yoe in Mainframe. cctc-10L. I have below 2 offer:
infosys - 22.29L.
JPMorgan Chase - 27L, still negotiation going on (also have h1b visa if that matters in negotiation).
I am planning to join in JP Morgan. This is going to be my first company switch (working at onshore since last few years) so wanted to know below things:
1). Is 27L is good enough for 10 yoe resource ? I have seen people joining 24-25L at 4 yoe.
2). How is asset and wealth management (AWM)..? JP Morgan

My h1b was approved and the clock will start on Oct 1,2020. However, why is the end date is July 2023 instead of October 2023?

Has any one applied for H1B extension while doing an internal project vs. working on client project? Any hiccups or was the process fine?

Applied for Sr. Associate role at PwC through referral and received rejection letter. Did not make into the first round. 5 YOE at a local boutique firm specializing in HR technology with master degree in I/O. Require visa sponsorship (H1B transfer).

In the last year of H1B and PERM not filed and only 8 months left for max out . What are my options ? Can I do an MS and apply for i140 on f1 and use it for H1 extension beyond the 6 years ?

7th year of H1b and have I140 PD in June 2020 (Chinese)... getting tired of my current job and want to do a MBA then switch career. Is it still possible? Would I be able to extend my H1b after I graduate say two years later for a new employer, even if the job has completely changed - say from business consultant to a tech manager? Can I still retain my PD if filing for a new Perm?

Haven't seen much guidance on previous posts so posting here as my H1B just went into effect today.

1. Do I need to initiate LCA if working remotely on a client project - i.e. indicate client name and my home address as the location
2. Once I change projects do I need to then repeat this process for every single client or only if I'm working for each client from another location besides my home - e.g. EY office or client site

Need suggestion. I am getting married in Aug. I have h1 valid until June 2023 with approved I140. Considering two options.
1. Bring wife with F1. (Less runaway to complete all things).
2. Bring with H4 & process EAD. (EAD delays, and renewal again in June).
