So I have got an offer from a company which is remote working they are paying 20LPA They have proper pf and tds deduction. On the other hand I got another offer where the ctc is 23LPA and no pf or tds deduction that is CTC divide by 12 is hand salary. Need suggestions where I can work on both jobs as both are remote. Any problem will occur if we do jobs in both companies. Can we consider the second company as freelance where there are not any deductions. Please do suggest.
