Protiviti HR called me and said that you package will be 8 lakh including variable pay but in offer letter they didn't mention about Variable pay amount and mentioned only fixed pay.

Please help me what to do in this case.

I wish I wasn’t adaptable. Humans aspire for a greater level of comfort and once achieved, adopt that as their new baseline. Because of this, somebody making $100k cannot simply comfortably revert back to a $50k lifestyle. The slow growth of personal wealth isn’t noticed as ideated. Instead, we are never satisfied.

Hi , I am 48 and from India, recently after covid i had to switch my career from manufacturing to IT. i underwent training in Salesforce for an year and then fortunately got recruited and its been now more than a year in Salesforce plus my 17+ year experirence in manufacturing. Guys anybody from Verizon have received the hike percentage for performing rating. I think this year also they won't adjust the package with market standards. ? Can anyone throw some light on this. Publicis Sapient - 22.7 lpa CTC, 20.5 fixed - SAL1
TIAA - 17.5 fixed, But HR is very rigid it seems to negotiate.
