1. What is the best approach to collecting your fee? Each session? Pay the package cost upfront,? Other, and if so, what is it?

I am switching employers to Accenture.

I am being told I cannot clear a right to work check until my BRP arrives. And because of this I will need to have my start date pushed by two weeks (start date is mid Jan right now, visa approved yesterday and they need the documents by end of week).

Does this make sense? I'm trying to argue my case as I don't like the idea of losing two weeks, and I am approved. I cannot control the post delivery times...
