I thoroughly enjoyed my evening! High School kiddos walking up to me and asking if I remembered them, and having actual conversations. I had numerous former students run up to me, lots of side hugs, and high fives. Of course, there were those few students who glared, ignored, or acted like they didn't know me (but that's okay). I had such a wonderful time

What are your thoughts on working at a multicultural agency? I am more for fighting the good fight to properly represent the Hispanic community and address it as part as the General Mkt (as is should be) and I worry that if I switch to a multicultural-focused place I will never convey the thoughts of being part of the total market.
