Anyone with designation 'Associate Business Analyst' on Infosys? I recently got offer on a development position but the OL specified my designation as associate business analyst. Can someone confirm whether i would be mapped to the development role even though my designation is Associate Business Analyst. Infosys Many thanks in Advance

I've worked in the German market and it's completely different from London. So it all depends on how they run it. If they send Germans who've never worked here to run it, they're toast. If they hire people in the UK but really manage it from Germany, again it won't work. They'll need to hire good people here and let them get on with it. And in that case it totally depends who they get in.
I think chances are good they'll make the right hires. Daniel and Szymon, JvM's (relatively) new CCOs, have a lot of high-profile international experience. But we'll see.
what do you think are the biggest differences between German and British agency culture and ops?
I’d be so down!! JvM is so irreverently iconic ☺️
Technically independent but pretty massive, so does that mean the work will automatically be better?
from what I see, work quality across the JvM offices varies a lot. Berlin (Spree and Havel combined) and Hamburg are probably the biggest ones while also putting out most of the best work. So 1) I'm not sure if size is a disadvantage. And 2) London might remain independent enough to do its own thing (good or bad), just like the other JvM offices.
