Hey everyone! I am working on a report with the intention of updating the products that a specific customer uses. Currently, the data is arranged with the unique ID in Column A, and associated products in Column B. However, each product has its own row so company 1234 might have 5 rows and company 5678 might have 20. What I need to do is collect the product data for each unique company and put it into a single row, separated by a comma(s). I am at a crossroads, any suggestions?

How do I alleviate knee pain in my back knee while doing lunges? Woke up this morning and tried to do yoga but in moving from downward dog to crescent with my left foot forward, my right knee started twinging badly enough to stop moving. I’m early 20s, healthy with no injuries but generally have issues with stuff like jump lunges. The knee feels fine while just standing, it’s when it’s locked out with weight on it that it hurts.

Keep getting approached by rival firms for ~50% salary increases in London. Raised it with my company and got a 5% raise. Don’t want to sound ungrateful but doesn’t scratch the surface of the underpayment of where I am, it’s well below market rates. Manager hinted at getting an offer which they could counter could help but, I can’t see them matching 45-55% I could get elsewhere. I’m seeing lots of posts about really bad losses. If you trade you’re going to lose money - hopefully not all the time, but many positions will be mistakes. But you need a process to find ideas and manage positions. Two books you should read are “The New Trading for a Livinng” and “The Laws of Trading.” Both look at psychology, process, and risk in different ways that can help you work out your own process. The next 18 months will be much harder than the last 18 - time to start learning.

Does it seem crazy to you that gambling in most states is illegal but we can buy short term option contracts. It’s crazy I can’t go put $20 on Black at a casino but can buy 5k of a same day spy contract. 

A great time to invest in Microsoft and Apple? Your thoughts? Which one should you buy more shares of?
