Received one offer from Accenture Technology in Netherlands. Level 7 (Manager). Base salary 5000€ /month.

Sounds very low for a manger? Does someone know what salary level managers starts at for Accenture NL?

Hi Everyone. I completed my 1 year in EY in October 2022. And in my profile, they have updated it to Senior Analyst now. But that was a progression that happens every year and I have not received the incremented salary.

Now that they are giving increments to everyone, will I receive both progression and increment or my progression will be counted as increment.

Highly confused.
