Got an interview request from Amazon for Sr. Digital Marketing Manager. I have been interviewed by and worked for multiple big names like Mcafee, Meta, Microsoft but never by Amazon. I’m wondering how’s their hiring process, what kind of questions and tasks are waiting for me, how many steps are there etc.
Thank you in advance, everyone!

I can relate to that to some extent. I've some some side gigs, doing computer projects for businesses, and I came to like doing that. And it could seem like my regular job was holding me back as it took time from doing more of that work. However, the "real" job had benefits and stability and I could have some assurance that it was going to last. So I reconciled myself to sticking with it.

I get that! I’ve had side gigs too, and it’s tempting to dive into them full-time. But the stability of a “real” job does make it easier to breathe and plan ahead, even if it slows down the stuff you really enjoy.
I'm more trapped by lack of opportunity and transferable skills. I've always worked retail and don't know how to break out of it and into something new. Good for you for finding a side hustle you're passionate about. Keep plugging away on the weekends and it'll be a full time gig before you know it!

Breaking out of retail feels like a huge hurdle sometimes. Just trying to figure out what skills I can transfer and where to start. Appreciate the encouragement, and glad your side hustle is going well!
I wish! What consulting do you do on your weekends?
