Sunday scaries have started hitting me on Friday midday now. The weekend hasn't even started and I am already grieving its end. It feels like I am living for 48 hours of recovery just to survive another 120 hours of stress. Does anyone have a trick for actually "switching off" the work brain the second you clock out?

You know it's next level burnout when you dread the end of the weekend before it even begins. I think that's when you know it's time to switch jobs, because how do you even fix it at that point?

Does anyone have any tips/tricks for knowing where to plug +1/-1 in a large table with totals across the y and x axis that contain un-rounded numbers? Every time I fix a row I throw off a column or my check figures to the true data source.

I am graduating this December and looking for full time roles starting January 2023. I have 2 years of data science work experience before my Masters and I'm currently working part-time as a data science engineer - building data pipelines, dashboards; optimizing, packaging and deploying ML models.
