I am curious how other inclusion teachers are being utilized when the school is doing remote learning. I find that I am sitting in the zoom class and have very little opportunity to contribute. Looking for advice on breaking into the L&E litigation field. I’m a rising third-year general litigation associate at a v10 law firm in NYC where I’ve gotten to work on a couple of L&E cases. My job search for L&E roles has been a bit of an uphill battle, because most of the roles require significant L&E experience. Would it be a bad idea to take a non-partner track role in an AmLaw100 firm’s L&E group in order to break into the field? What kinds of jobs would I be marketable for afterwards?
