Received this beauty yesterday….. 😍

Hi All, Today I've resigned and my LOD is 2 Sept. Can anyone please let me know for these 90 days salary would be credited only after FnF. Or June'22 salary will be credited as usual, however, July and September salary would be credited during FnF. Please confirm or suggest.

Same feeling but not on IVF!

Must be a BD thing 🙃
Feeling this deeply. Just had a newborn, my rainbow baby, & will be staring a new job as a partner post maternity leave. It’s hard not to feel like I’m moving on up while also feeling like I’m failing by leaving my baby so soon. Leave in the US is cruel. Wishing you the best of luck on your journey to baby 💝 I know the road is long & winding. We’re all doing our best.
Thank you! I was previously remote, but now will be 3 days in at the new job. My commute is long so I’ll miss almost all waking hours with baby. It’s gut wrenching! We really do need to do better.
As a new attorney I feel like I'm always failing. Lol

It gets better, slowly. I think it was around 4th year that I started to feel like I knew what I was doing, and these days (10 years in) I don’t even think about it
Same! Starting with IVF and coming back from mat leave have me right back in the wild swings of killing it to omg I’m the worst attorney on earth and back again multiple times a week. It’s like being a first year again. I’d love to know when it stops but we just scheduled our initial IVF appt to try for baby 2 so probably not anytime soon for me 😭
Same, but no IVF. kids ages 16 and 10, but perimenopause. Everyday is a toss up between feeling like I’m going to conquer the world, house of cards, or setting it all on fire. No advice, just wanted to let you know you aren’t alone.

Oh, is this not normal life?
That is new information to me.
