I’ll get the raw data out there soon. Right now we have about 200 responses. I’d like to grow this a bit before I put it out there.
Can we add in the option to add extra lines of details so that people can state when they started what title, comp, and when they were promoted (month, year), and to what title so that we can track progression data as well as get additional data point on comp at earlier levels for people who are now at a higher level? Separately this will also helpnis gauge how firms, roles, and titles are adjusting comp with the market. I'd account for the option to have a gap for school so maybe that can be done via the degree at each level.
Appreciate you making this and looking forward to the data but I keep wondering is Glassdoor not pretty accurate ? Some ranges vary a lot but I get a good idea.
Can’t use drop downs? I think comparing someone who supports tech vs HR would be very diff in salaries
