Amazons excessive interviews are an awful candidate experience. Why do they think this will help them win top talent in this competitive environment? Especially with their public cultural issues…? Lots of great paying companies without having to take a day off from work to interview! It’s overkill

I’m transitioning from Art Director to UX/UI Designer. As an AD, I’ve worked on UX/UI but it wasn’t the only thing I did. I don’t know how to title myself on my resume with all my experience being an AD and/or Designer though.

Hello all, this is my first post! Currently at US Bank as a mortgage officer and looking to go to Chase. I’m on the third rd of interviews for a Relationship Banker position and have 7 years Military leadership experience, 7 years sales which include 3 years mortgage lending. Hi fishes, I have recently attended an interview with Accenture India Accenture couple of days back and can see the candidature status is on hold after my 1st round of interview. Does this mean that they are waiting for others to complete their interview or am I rejected? If not ,how many days they tak appxm to make a decision. Interviewing for an L6 TPM role at Amazon and have received a request to submit a writing assignment (post phone screen) that is due before the interview loop.

Would it be a problem if I write about the same scenario from my phone screen, with more specificity? I have a great example on the innovation option, but HM already touched on this topic. I think the intent is to just gauge my writing style, but don’t want to assume.
