Thanks to the last few months of 2024 and all the incredible workshops I was able to attend, I'm able to see the healthcare c in a much more positive light. I worked in this industry all my life but never had an inherent appreciation for it. Has anyone else dealt with this? On to my real question, what emerging technologies or innovative approaches are you seeing that have the potential to disrupt traditional healthcare delivery models in the next 5-10 years?

I started QA at the company I am currently at 3 years ago. Long story short, within 4 months at the company, I was able to make a career change and step into a PM position. Without having the formal education or PM experience, only my 5 years in QA experience. When I started I made $65k and have jumped to $78k. I have seen other companies post $100k+. Annual review is tomorrow. Should I fight for more or look for more somewhere else if I lose that fight?

Ive accepted an offer going from a SM role to M role at EY in the CCas team , London office. Can anyone confirm how often one needs to come into the office, as my commute is from Hampshire .
