The job search process is such an emotional rollercoaster. I’ve made it through two levels and am waiting to hear if I’ll progress to the final round of interviews. I’m fortunate that I’m currently employed, and I try to focus on the positives. But the endless waiting and wondering is hard. Anyone have tips for disconnecting/not thinking about it?

TikTok interview timeline for each round for HR to get back (in working days):
Round 1 (HR) --> 1 day
Round 2 (Technical) --> 4 days
Round 3 (Technical) -- > 1 day
Round 4 (Hiring Manager) --> 5 days
Round 5 (HR) --> 2 days for arrangement for additional round.

I joined pwc last month, and absolutely hating it here. Each weekend has been working, 12-15 hours work day is minimum expectation. And there's extreme hierarchy, where even after you spend 24 hours working on something, the director decides he wants something completely different and you delete and restart. (Note that you request them to review and give their pov earlier on, but they never take the time out)
