I had no idea they wouldn't assist you in these cases. Guess my charing obsession to avoid this will finally pay off!

I think this is something you should get help with, right? How is you car going to die and they can't help you out?

What do they expect you to do in these cases? There isn't always a charger nearby or available for us to use. This is concerning, I think.
