After Daemon’s stupid storming of the caves, this was a new low in the series. 1 hour of literally nothing happening except sanctimonious virtue signaling and puzzling logic (Alicent is just forgiven for going behind her back and burrowing her way to Queen consort? Daemon just meekly listening to his brother after those theatrics/heroics in the previous episodes? The king suddenly realizing with perfect clarity how he’s been manipulated by his hand?).
