Hi, is it normal to fill senior level post in a project with a staff level in GDS?

Once we are on bench in Morgan Stanley client, Will they assign any other project in synechron?or we will be on bench for longer days?in syenchron.....Is there anyone working on Morgan Stanley client and got released once project got over?

Is it possible to change the project ?
If Yes, what are the procedures ?

Question: I have a client who started a restaurant. He leased the land and bought shipping containers where he spent money contracting out to turn them into bars. I’m having a tough time determining how to depreciate this! First thought was leasehold but he’s not making improvements to a structure...he owns the structure! But nonresidential real estate at 27.5 years doesn’t make sense either as it’s not a brick and mortar building. Curious on others thoughts! TIA

Looking for guidance. I’ve been in people manager roles (in director/senior leader capacity) for the last 5 years now, and prior to that I was a “rockstar” Project Manager. Made a career pivot to another agency. During the interview we talked about how it may start as initially a "step backwards" (pay/benefits) but has potential for more long term growth.
