I can provide these for my current company, but difficult to get for earlier ones, since it's been almost 10 yrs I have left them. I have written to hr of previous companies but no response yet.
I told CTS HR that I have experience letter, relieving letter, salary slips , bank statement, but she says it's not enough. Any thoughts pls?

I got an offer to work at Morgan Stanley and I start in 2 weeks. Very happy that it’s my first actual job out of college but it is in wealth management. 1. I’ve heard we don’t find out new salaries until mid-Aug with others below PP. Given others new comp doesn’t start until Oct, do you know if that’s when our new comp starts too even though our new titles are already effective?
2. Does the MD rating/comp timeline continue to follow the timeline for others going forward after the first yr?

Out of curiosity. How would a company view a potential candidate who has a period of unemployment to study for the CPA. I am considering to start studying for the exam but I know I would need to leave my employer in order to give 110%. I am contemplating the idea of at least passing one part while employed. Then leaving my employer to study FAR. I am considering to leave my current employer anyways, so it’s more of how my future employer would view that lapse.

Priority has shifted from experience to money. Is 76k low/high/about right for 3 years of experience at a mid sized firm?
