I will join EY in Dec 22. How much hike and bonus can i expect in june on pro rata basis on progressing rating (average)?

Looking to move to the Charlotte area from DC…I’m trying to see if I’m being low balled when it comes to offers. One company said 85-115k for a manager position. I’m a senior making over 100k now.

I got offered an Executive Transactional Diligence role EY in London for £52.5k. Is that low? That is currently lower than what I earn in audit? Thank you

I’ve been approached outside the firm for a number of roles and take interviews for the practice. Today a start up SaaS company called and when i gave my base salary expectation (which i thought would be wildly out of range) it was not even a flinch and “well within range” no wonder there’s a staffing shortage at pwc, these guys are throwing money at us, and I’m in marketing!!!!!
