Yes, This is a sign of ability to feel pressure to have your team perform very well, but understand that it must be given as a very understanding smooth way to ones team and yet stay on top of your team with a mixture of positive encouragement at every little win and having clear picture of performance KPI's of your individual team members and your team as a whole and gently yet consistently prod your team along and not let them fall to far behind and make all your teams KPI's a leader who rewards goals accomplished, but stay on top of his team when all the time
Well said. Leadership is a balance between accountability and support. The objective isn't to remove pressure it's to channel it productively. The best leaders create clarity around priorities, measure what matters, recognize progress, and maintain consistent expectations.
