We’re going to see more and more of that within organizations and in public. People are much more confident and comfortable voicing their inner thoughts and opinions now. Agree with the above… I remove myself and don’t engage. However, if it becomes disruptive within your organization, it has to be addressed.
There’s good and bad people on both sides. Now people other than the woke are just speaking their mind. I think it’s good to have both points of view. There’s also equally people on both sides that can have a good hearted and well meaning debate just like there some those on each that can’t. 🤷🏼♀️ c’est la vie. We all just need to learn to live together peacefully and accept each other for both our similarities and differences.

Your woke side is using n-zi salutes and championing police murderers and claiming free speech when your most beloved men say “your body, my choice” you’re celebrating bullying. I left the US and now live in Europe after spending time in multiple countries across three continents. Democrats are not the extreme left. Hard stop. They are actually center-right compared to the rest of the west. Saying the Democrats are also extremist is factually incorrect, dangerous, and permits excuses for the actual extremist MAGA cult.

Well, your math sucks - BoA. Trump didn’t have a majority… he had a narrow victory. Neither beat 50% in the final count. I wouldn’t expect much more though from a DEI hire at the shittiest bank in America.
I’m okay with a true meritocracy in theory. However, in practice, in my experience, it’s only a meritocracy for those who are already admitted to the club. I am also concerned about the unwritten assumption (by some) that no “DEI” person is ever objectively qualified for the position they’ve been hired into.
That said, DEIers need to stop playing the victim and punch back twice as hard by demonstrating their badassery!
