Hi Guys - how much time wipro takes to release the final offer. Documents are uploaded in the portal and BCG verification is in progress.

My LWD is 24th July so recruiter is saying that they will release the offer letter with 22nd June as jd and later on extend it by a month.

I have got an offer from Accenture for Level8. I was 60% matching for the profile and got selected through saying there no project currently for this role, we are taking in advance. How difficult is it to juggle a remote role with a hybrid role?

My current role is hybrid with at least two days a week in office. However, with the potential economic downturn, I'm considering holding on to the role to supplement my income.

I'm new to the overemployed movement, so I'm evaluating the feasibility of holding onto the hybrid role and the remote position.

Anyone willing to explain the basic steps of getting a J2 as a consultant or contractor? Do I need an LLC first? Do I do paperwork then find clients or wait till I have clients first?

I really want to get a second job but I am scared of losing my current one. Both companies are in same field, although not direct competitors so I know it’s technically “not allowed” however, this is the only way for me to get that $$ since I am not paid all that well.

Of course I won’t tell a single friend/coworker. Only my partner. And I don’t post work stuff on social media.

J1 & J2 together make about 200k although there is no room for growth in either but WLB is amazing (< 10hrs per week). Stuck contemplating if I should abandon overemploy to chase promotions seeing that I could eventually get to my current salary with my job. Just feeling a little stuck over all. I know many consultants most likely make more. Any one else feel this way or have any thoughts? I was thinking of looking for a different J1 and slowly try to climb up if possible.

Is it fraud or somehow bad to just start and quit a 2nd job every 1-2 months once you actually start to have to do real work? The first few weeks of most jobs tend to be pretty low stress and an easy paycheck or 2. And if you only do this at employers you wouldn't return to, is there a downside?
