I’m trying to do several things and working on a new “gig” now but currently have a rental property that pays double the mortgage.
It was my starter home. When I went to buy my second house, I didn’t have time to get it ready to put on the market and the lender said if I could find a renter, then we could proceed. So it seemed like a long stretch but funny enough, it was the man who came to quote me on the moving van who ended up renting it. It worked out perfectly and the family is still there 5 years later.
