Hi All :) I need advise on whether it is possible to get my first time H1B stamped at a US consulate in Canada ? I am required to travel to Canada anyway for my PR stamping and I am trying to figure out if I can get my H1B stamped around the same time while I am in Canada for my PR, since it is extremely difficult to get appointments in India these days? My mood has been fluctuating so much lately. Some days (yesterday) I wake up feeling invincible and some days (today) want to hide myself the rest of the world and feel like nothing will ever get better. I’m trying to push myself to make plans with other ppl and am really self-conscious about it cuz I don’t want ppl to see me in low spirit.. any ideas on how to fix that?

Do partners ever call you about your time entries? Like “why did xyz take so long?” Didn’t happen to me once during my 4 years at my prior firm but has happened to me twice now at current V5 firm. I do not pad my hours and am just dumb and slow…wish they would back off.

My company reimburses CFA exam fees if I clear level the exam and if I stay in the firm for 2yrs from reimbursement date. I don’t wish to be here for 2yrs. . Can i still apply for CFA scholarship?

Should I still take L2 in Dec or push it to next May? 4.5 hrs in front of a computer sounds way better than 6 hrs filling in bubbles

Hey does anyone have the 2017 Schweser Level II books they want to sell me?

My employer has a sponsorship program that the CFA qualifies for. They sponsor 100% but only after 6 months of full-time permanent employment; thus I will qualify in may 2023 (I just started). Should I wait for may for them to pay, or pay the initial costs myself to avoid delaying my career longer? I'm 26 & 1/4th and just graduated college. My new role and future career aspirations are finance / computer engineering hybrid. Current employer is in private banking.
