Personally I can’t find anyone to hire me either but no matter what I do or where I apply no one wants to hire me. How’s everyone coping ? Better yet and I’m so freaking serious . I am currently on resignation with a bunch of offers. So I've to make decision specifically in regards with :
JPMC : 20 LPA (Fixed) and 3.9 LPA variable+benefits
Legato :. 24 LPA all fixed along 1 Lakh of benefits like free cab, shift allowance, free health insurance etc.

For JPMC I've to relocate and unknown areas can be costly in initial months plus even one visit back to my home via Delhi will cost 15-20k. While Legato is giving Gurgaon and it's like my 2nd home just 200km far.

Did everyone in M&S get the crap end of the stick in this reorg or just some areas? Curious how many will be putting in two-week notices soon.
