This might just be the worst organization I have ever worked in. Manager has created 2 tiers of team members, a political ruling class and a working class. Job of working class is to work like slaves and job of ruling class is to bootlick manager and defend their incompetent and ridiculous proposals. When ruling class screws up working class is asked to work on weekends to cover their mess. And in the end appreciation will go to ruling class. And HR wants to train these managers. Give me a break
