- $160K Base
- 1,200 RSUs over 4 years
1yr vesting with quarterly clip thereafter
Valued at $144K over 4y using today's stock price of $120 = $36K/y
- Signing bonus of ~$10K (TBD)
- Relocation payout of ~$10K (TBD)

My contract is ending 12/31/22 and can’t be extended legally according to our CFO. Worked in various increasingly responsible roles at the same organization as a FT employee in IT for 17 years and then took a buyout and chilled doing side gigs for 18 months then came back as temporary contract staff for the last 3.8 years as Business Analyst and Technical Writer. Looking at full-time and application asks for expected salary and then expected total compensation as a number. How should I figure out the second? Health insurance, bonuses, life insurance, equity, PTO? I studied art, not math.
