Anybody aware of the marketing corrections in Accenture for level 10? Accenture Interactive
I have already completed 1 year with Accenture and is now eligible for a sub level movement. What is the usual increment given for sub level movement? And what should be the ideal fixed package for level 10.1 ?

Concepting is a whole different beast
If a community manager is a copywriter, any one is a copywriter.
Not really. There's a difference between writing strategy-guided casual/short-term social media updates vs headlines/taglines/messaging that lasts for months or years, and defines a product.
In my experience with both copywriters and CMs, I’d say CMs typically write wittier copy.
Lol f no
They can call themselves whatever they want, but their portfolio will show what they actually are.
Can VaynerMedia call themselves a creative agency?
@director can you call yourself a dick?
I'm not actually a CM I'm a copywriter Lol but I have friends who are CMs who think they're copywriters...
I have transitioned from CM to CW but I worked from the bottom and took a junior position, proved myself and was hired in at my next job as a CW. That being said, that answer is no.
Can CMs become social creative directors?
Piece of advice. Get out of VM as quickly as you can. You don't want that name on your resume for a long time.
This question is why I'll never work at VaynerMedia.
No.
Not if cming is all they do.
Before you start calling yourself anything, what you should do is set up a plan with your superior to be called literally anything other than community manager. That title is so degrading! (PS- Been there, done that job OP. Hang in there)
CW I am :)
Community managers are closer to customer service than to a copywriter. Some are very clever and witty, but it's still online costumer service.
I mean anyone can write words and respond like a human online. That’s what makes setting yourself apart as a copywriter difficult especially early in your career when you’re writing a lot of stuff really anyone could write. Concepting and executing big ideas, manifestos, scripts all that is where we actually earn our title of copywriter and I don’t think we should give it out to someone who doesn’t do that bc it cheapens the title.
