If I start searching for new job, will that HR ask about recent offer letter? Or only salary slips are enough?

Yes it’s fine. Also are you part of the mere 2 percent that uses Latinx? Sincerely, the 40 percent of us that finds Latinx offensive.
Rising Star
I’m from South America, and we hate the term LatinX
Pet peeve: “Latinx” is an Anglicism that is ironically unpronounceable in Spanish and Portuguese.
“Latino” is fine. Or “Latin American.”
“Latino” is already gender-neutral. An English analogy would be “actor.” You can call men and women “actors,” despite the existence of “actress.” We say “male actor” to specify an actor that is only male, like in Spanish a male-only Latino would be “hombre latino.” “Latina” was coined in the 1970s. “Latino woman” has been used in the past and is technically correct even now, although it is very dated.
Of course it is
Let’s look at this from the opposite end: why wouldn’t it be ok?
This is marketing, authenticity is our medium, not our output. If the stuff you want to get out of creative team is in the brief and the CD and client approves the final creative, I wouldn’t care much if someone whiter than Tucker Carlson came up with the idea.
OP...Would you ever work in another market given the opportunity?
Absolutely. And Hire an expert in that field for insights while utilizing consumer data.
It’s in no way inappropriate. Latinos/ Hispanics are an insanely diverse demographic. And no one should be making creative decisions just based on their personal lived experiences. Data and insights should have more weight than personal opinions. What wouldn’t be appropriate is if there were absolutely no Latin/ Hispanic people on the account. The only challenge would be if this producer doesn’t know the language.
Agree.
