Confession: The only in-law that I had a great relationship with passed away unexpectedly. I have a therapist that I see twice a month and it has helped me to some extent. I feel like I’m in a general plateau. I feel like we are going through some repetitive themes that I see and understand. I have high functioning depression and I’m going through the “and what?” Phase of it all. Is this common? I'm feeling a lot of anger towards my manager (now he's acting normal but there were moments where he was condescending/dismissive/mocked my and others work/arrogant/said stuff was "wrong" constantly/belittling the difficulty of tasks etc. in the past project).
Maybe it is "standard chewing out" but it bothered me a lot. So much that I find myself still getting all fired up inside thinking about it...
Idk how to let go of this :/ Thoughts?
