​BGV Help needed. Joined Dassault: 15-May-23. Joined Tech Mahindra: 30-May-23.
Risk: Dassault letter lists exit as 14-Jun (15-day overlap).
Defense: EPF History proves actual Exit 28-May + 16 NCP days (unpaid).
​I'm submitting the letter with EPF records + a transparency note to prove no double salary. Will the government EPF date override the letter date? Stressing about "Dual Employment" tag.

Hi, just got an offer from A&M as D (Performance Improvement). The base from Glassdoor is accurate (US as a benchmark). Bonus is much higher than my current. Anyway the base seems very low compared to S& SA in US.
1) is it true that the base is that low compared to junior-mid level at S&?
2) i am based in Asia, any different rate compared to other region at A&M?
3) the TC can be 3x that what I can get currently, but i can make partner in few years at PwC. Do you think A&M should be considered?
