But No our Indian scrum master working in US wants to complete everything before Friday.

We could have worked in a relaxed manner, But now we won't.

On the top of that one developer jumped and said. I will complete my work tomorrow only, not Friday.

What's wrong with these people!!
Why can't the just relax and do the work.
I think they don't spend enough time with their family.

I'm working in CITi project since 17 months, premapped ro project so, not a single I was in bench til now. In this January they retained me with 70% hike :).
YOE - 5.6 years
Skills Set :- Java, Springboot, Microservices, SQL.

What all benefits I can get from LTi in next 6 months or so ?
Like Promotion to P3 and OnSite ?

3rd yr here in a mid size firm. I’ve been struggling in the mental health dept. I was on leave for 3 wks and have returned to work in June. However, i still feel like a corpse everyday and have zero motivation to do anything. I have noticed my work product declining and I feel extremely burnt out with no hope for the future. I have been trying to get appointment with a psychiatrist but they are either not working or booked up. I want to get better but don’t know where/who to turn to. Advice?

I am a senior Angular Developer with 7+ yrs of exp. I got an offer from EPAM Anywhere(not EPAM) with base CTC as 6 LPA and base+project CTC as 26 LPA complete remote work.
FYI if I go on bench I'll be getting only 50000/- INR per month instead of my 216000/- INR pm with working on the project.
Just wanted to know how EPAM Anywhere as a company is? What are the chances of someone going on a bench? Is it a good choice to select EPAM Anywhere at this stage of my career?
