If you plan to move to a new city for a new gig, is it crazy to ask for some sort of employment guarantee where you can’t jump ship and at the same time can’t be fired for a certain duration?

I was “terminated” from one of the shitty IT conglomerates from India today. for no reason at the same time I’m furious because I have documented all the discrimination , sexism, harassment, labor laws broken, intimidation tactics , harassment of various kinds including sexual, so I am demanding a larger severance package the. What they offered which was nothing. I have documented all proof of this. They have consistently set me up in situations designed for me to fail.

I moved internally and my previous mgr gave negative feedback. Said deliverables needed to be redone, didn't finish tasks, was argumentative, etc. That was not the case. My current mgr and colleagues gave positive feedback. Current mgr said escalation to previous mgr and HR was an option. Is it worthwhile to escalate though? How much weight does the previous mgr's feedback have? Worried this would impact any layoff decisions either way.

I receive a new job offer at the lower end of my asking salary range. I was reviewing their health benefits and their family premium is $630 a month. I used to pay $169 a month at my old job. Am I just spoiled by my previous employer? I feel like my negation power is gone since what extra I can negotiate will towards my aging the insurance premium.

Our CSM department is going through a major restructure right now. There has been a huge amount of turn over since the beginning of the year. Our managers have not given us any insight to what the new restructure will look like, they have also pushed out our annual raise conversations until the end of April. A lot of CSMs are leaving the company and it has me thinking maybe I should entertain other opportunities elsewhere as well.
