However I still have not received confirmation on your salary yet. This will take some time. Will respond back to you as and when there is an update pls. Ibegin status -Evaluation is in progress. Hi, Any one moved from 8 to 10 recently ,was it based on yoe alone or based on performance, what is the g10 base package ?

Has anyone here moved from GDS to onshore teams, eg EY US, Canada etc? What is the process like? Do we need partner/counselor approvals?

If I resign from GDS and join EY US for example, will that create any issue?

Did you join as a Product/UX UI designer and were told that they do UX design research, but later came to know that they just focus on UI part only?

What can you do if you’re getting interviewed by the same person who didn’t choose you in the first place?
Context: I applied for a position a while back and got interviewed, but didn’t go to the next round. I found the same position open again a month later at a different location and applied. Folks who trade more than a couple of times a day, do you have to have your crypto in the exchange during the non-trading times ? I am debating if it’s safe to keep in the exchange or is there a better way perhaps moving from cold storage to exchange every time ? I know the transaction fee is a killer . Thoughts ?
