What do you think is a reasonable total fee for a prenuptial agreement where both parties have significant assets and there is some negotiation? What about for a dissolution with a complex asset situation and children? I also literally just started contributing to my 401K so I’m also late in the game for that too.

What do I do with a defunct company stock that still sporadically has trading volume? For reference, it went permanently out of business I. 2016 (chapter 6) but the stock still trades occasionally. Do I need to sell so I can claim the loss or will it just automatically go to 0 at some point? I would have expected it to happen eventually but it still has value (about 2 bucks for 200 shares lol)

Can't really share this with anyone else, so thank you fellow fish for indulging. 3 years in, finally at a point where I can comfortably work 40 hours a week the last quarter+, and still be a trusted team member and major contributor. Normal tasks and collaborations now take me a fraction of the time compared to my first couple years / others on the team. 6 YOE and my TC has also gone up a lot from low 200s last year to high 200s this year. Hope to keep this optimal mix of WLB & progression 🙏
