What’s the best way to turn down a 2nd interview? During the 1st interview, I learned that the compensation for the role is not within the range that I am looking for and requires 400 more billable hours a year than what I bill now. From Big4 Transparency: S1/MCOL/2YOE/FDD making $97k. Managers MCOL close to $150k.

very Selective jobs( MF PE and BB IBs) kinda blow these numbers out of the water... but for the more attainable exits like MM IB and and corporate development... considering wlb and pay, is the grass much greener?
