Trying to piece together what I’ve seen on different posts. Can anyone in/familiar with NACR confirm the comp below:

Analyst 110-200 (expect ~140)
Associate 200-300 (expect 250)
Senior Associate - 300-very high (400 is reasonable)

Any info would be so appreciated! Also have heard it’s 2 years at both Analyst and Associate

NACR - Nebulous Alien Cosmic Raccoon

- A term for an extraterrestrial raccoon species rumored to roam the cosmos, scavenging strange galaxies with glowing tails.

👉 Go to bed, Now!

Pretty reasonable estimate. I made $160k as a second year analyst, now an associate and will make like $250k this year.

Comp can fluctuate a lot depending on the year though. My first year my collections were barely more than my base so I only got an $8k bonus.

The hours per week while staffed were the same. It was more challenging to be staffed on engagements during my first year though. Once I built a name for myself, I was staffed more consistently throughout the year

What is NACR?

Thanks kind stranger!

I see a lot of Jr. Level folks (myself included) in this bowl asking about certain finance exit opps like MM IB and PE etc.

At some point is the comp that much better?

From Big4 Transparency: S1/MCOL/2YOE/FDD making $97k. Managers MCOL close to $150k.

very Selective jobs( MF PE and BB IBs) kinda blow these numbers out of the water... but for the more attainable exits like MM IB and and corporate development... considering wlb and pay, is the grass much greener?

Thoughts?
