Unstructured chaotic and archaic practices. Not sure why this company is glorified in the market. Maybe it pays well, has a great work life balance , and a lot of events to make sure their employees feel “engaged”. Is that important or the quality of work? The are stuck in some old processes. The filing of patents is a sheer joke , and asking for Glassdoor feedback at the time of orientation is another punch below the belt! We haven’t even started working here! What is this company thinking?
